Provided strategic support for one of the first mobile travel apps in the industry. The app features the ability to text, chat and email with an agent in over forty markets while including online reservation options, travel itinerary management, and expense reporting.
Led an initiative to overhaul approach to supplier sourcing and management. Project deliverables ranged from RFP oversight to negotiations, to workflow redesign that integrated key services (travel, payment, meetings, expenses). Project resulted in consolidating services across 47 countries, reducing costs by over 10%, increased quality and user compliance.
Developed an executive dashboard that integrates data elements across all business categories (air, hotel, ground). Solution was designed to facilitate C-Suite reporting and Executive decision making. Used to model policy changes, identify negotiation opportunities, validate savings, set budget, and monitor supplier performance and KPIs.
